Metaphysics is the exploration and examination of reality and existence. It is a philosophical branch that focuses on the fundamental principles of things, including abstract ideas like being, knowing, substance, cause, identity, time, and space.

The smallest particle of any substance is an atom or molecule. For chemical elements, like hydrogen, the smallest unit is a single atom of hydrogen (H1). It cannot be further divided.

Consequently, the perception of a separate existence from others is ultimately an illusion, created by the human body and its five senses: touch, taste, sight, hearing, and smell. This illusion is perpetuated by misinformation and a lack of understanding.
